How long does my keychain take to be made?
Each keychain is made by hand and typically takes 1–2 weeks to process, depending on my current workload and life happenings. I’ll always do my best to keep turnaround times clear and realistic.What kind of photos should I upload?
For best results, please upload 1–3 clear, high-quality photos of your horse.
At minimum, I need to be able to see:-
individual markings

coat color
-
mane color
Photos taken during summer coat months are ideal so markings are most accurate. That said, I can work with almost any photo as long as details are visible.
⚠️ Important note: Please make sure your photos are not mirrored or flipped. “Selfie” photos are often automatically reversed, which can result in flipped markings on your keychain.
Can you work with less-than-perfect photos?
Yes! While higher-quality images are always best, I can usually work with what you have. If I have any questions or need clarification, I’ll reach out before starting your piece.How do I care for my leather keychain?
To keep your keychain looking its best:-
Clean regularly with a soft, slightly damp cloth

Avoid harsh detergents or heavy, oil-based conditioners that can’t penetrate the finish

Periodically reapply leather sheen or use a specialized gloss leather conditioner to restore shine and protection
Is each keychain exactly the same?
No two are ever identical. Each piece is hand cut, hand painted, and finished, which means small variations are part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade work.-
